Active Man* (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the www.theactiveman.com website (the “Service”).

Customers submitting an order agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions set out by us. The following terms and conditions supersede any previous terms and conditions and we reserve the right to make changes to the Service and this document at anytime.
All % discounts are valid for a limited time only, as stipulated. Items in cart are to be full price only, not valid on sale items. Exchanges or store credit only valid on sale items. Stipulated promotional code must be entered at time of checkout in order to redeem.
1.1. We do not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this Service, or any website linked to this Service.
1.2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at anytime without giving reason. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.
2. Ordering Method
2.1. Active Man Sevice (including www.theactiveman.com) offer online purchasing.
3. Currency Used
3.1. The nominated currency used for all transactions is Great British Pounds (GBP£).
3.2. All prices displayed on the Service (www.theactiveman.com) will be in GBP£ and will be inclusive of VAT.
4.1. All UK customers and deliveries sent to UK delivery addresses from the Service(www.theactiveman.com) will be subject to VAT.
4.2. The rate of VAT is 20%.
5. Shipping Rates
5.1. Active Man will publish or display the current shipping rates on the Service as applicable.
5.2. Shipping rates may vary or be waived as part of promotions or sales on the Service and the part or fully discounted shipping may cease at any time at the discretion of Active Man Ltd.
5.3. We reserve the right to change any or all of the following, at any time:

5.5 Delivery method;
5.6. Carrier or shipping provider.
6. Shipping within UK
6.1. Online orders for delivery within UK are dispatched via ParcelForce with eligible tracking information.
Standard Delivery rates within UK (including islands) with estimated transit time of 1 to 3 days from dispatch are:
6.2. Free delivery for orders over £90.
6.3. £4.00 will be charged for orders under £90.
UK Next Day Delivery rates within UK (including islands) with estimated next working-day deliver if ordered before 1pm Monday - Thursday is £6.00 for any value order.
7. Shipping to Europe
7.1. Online orders for delivery to Europe (those countries within the EU) are dispatched via DHL with our Europe Express Delivery service including eligible tracking information.
Europe Express Delivery orders under £200 with estimated transit time of 1 to 3 days (usually within 2 days) is £10.00
7.2. Active Man does not accept any responsibility for customs delays; these will solely be the responsibility of the purchaser, nor cover any import liabilities that may be applied by the Government of the destination country.
8. Shipping to USA
8.1. We have one standard rate for express delivery to the USA dispatched via DHL with eligible tracking information.
USA Express Delivery on all orders with estimated transit time of 1 to 3 days is £15.00
8.2 Active Man does not accept any responsibility for customs delays; these will solely be the responsibility of the purchaser, nor cover any import liabilities that may be applied by the Government of the destination country.
9. Shipping to the Rest of the World
9.1. We have one standard rate for express delivery to the USA dispatched via DHL with eligible tracking information.
International Delivery on all orders with estimated transit time of 1 to 3 days is £15.00
9.2 Active Man does not accept any responsibility for customs delays; these will solely be the responsibility of the purchaser nor cover any import liabilities that may be applied by the Government of the destination country.
10. Dispatch of Orders
10.1. Active Man ships to most destinations around the world via Royal Mail Air Mail.
10.2. Orders should normally can arrive up to 14 working days from dispatch. Please note that any immigration security issues may cause delays and these are out of our control.
10.3. Active Man does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.
10.4. International customers (customers outside UK) will need to check with their local customs office in regard to what, if any, duty you may be liable for when the order arrives.
10.5. Orders are normally dispatched within 1-5 business days of Order Confirmation subject to all ordered items being in stock.
10.6. If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email.
11. Acceptance of Goods
11.1. On receiving the order the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage.
11.2. Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Active Man or the parent company Active in Style Ltd, as soon as possible. Please see Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information.
12.1. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
12.2. All prices and orders are displayed and processed in GBP£ and will include VAT (20%).
13. Gift Cards
13.1. We may from time to time make Gift Cards available on the Service.
13.2. Gift Cards when issued may be used online
13.3. Gift Cards are treated by us as a financial instrument for payment for goods and services and operate on a deposit/withdrawal system as per industry standard practices. This means that Active Man Gift Cards are provided as a free service to customers and do not constitute a purchase of goods and do not contribute toward the calculation of shipping costs or discounts.
13.4. Active Man Gift Cards are not considered as goods or services with a retail price and therefore:
13.4.1. They do not include VAT;
13.4.2. They cannot be discounted and are not subject to any discounts.
14. Returns or Exchanges
We understand selecting the right style and size online can sometimes be difficult. For this reason, we are willing to accommodate an exchange, credit note or full refund on online orders within 28 days of purchase provided the tax invoice can be produced, the original tags are attached, and items are returned in unworn condition.
Refunds can be issued on purchases made online at www.theactiveman.com only. Refunds are not accepted from items purchased on third part distributor sites or other stockists. Refunds on sale items are accepted if returned within 14 days from the date you receive them. Exchanges can be offered up to the sale value of the item or a size or colour change within the same style.
Refunds are not accepted on the following items: * Water bottles * Underwear * Swimwear * Gloves *
All garments are subject to inspection. Active Man can offer free returns (UK Only). Visit www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/229 to complete the form and print your postage address label.
We may at times have a number of selected stockists in the UK (TBC). These stockists will accept exchanges on items purchased from them within 7 days of purchase and provided the tax invoice can be produced, the original tags are attached, and the items are returned in unworn condition. Active Man stockists in the UK do not provide refunds for change of mind purchases.
Click and Collect: PLEASE NOTE: Our Chelsea Concept Store will close permanently on Friday 29th June 2018. If for any reason you have been able to select Click and Collect week commencing Monday 25th June 2018 - we will be in contact with you to discuss collection, dispatch or refund of your order. If you have selected click and collect to your shipping option you will receive an email letting you know that the order is ready to be collected. Please note that we can only keep the orders for 28 days instore, after which time your order will be refunded and put back to stock. Please notify the team by return of email should you need us to hold your order for longer.
We strive to ensure you are satisfied and want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, let us know.
1.1 At Active Man we pride ourselves on providing quality product to our customers. In the instance where a garment is considered faulty we will offer a refund, replacement or credit note, for the full purchase price. You must provide proof of purchase. We reserve the right to examine the item in question.
1.2 In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns on swimwear where the hygiene label is no longer intact. For health considerations there are no exchanges on underwear unless faulty.
1.3 Active Man is not obliged to offer a refund, repair or exchange without proof of purchase being provided.
1.4 Warranties, refunds or exchanges are not available on any Gift with Purchase items and/or Promotional Products.
1.5 If you require an exchange please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your preferred exchange choice along with your name, contact details, invoice number and details of the preferred replacement choice (Item name, colour & size). This will ensure your item is kept aside whilst we await the return of your garment. If the style you require is 'out of stock' an online credit note or refund will be issued.

1.6 Active Man reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty by us a replacement item will be shipped subject to stock availability or a credit note or a refund issued. A response for Faulty Claims will be received within 10 business days of the garments arrival at the address above. For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review we will then credit the cost of postage back to you.
- We will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery or if the parcel is not received. Please do not leave any returns at the office door or through the letterbox. We can not guaranteed that they will be received.
- Customers will be responsible for correctly completing the returns form.
- You need to send the original or a copy of receipt with you order.
- In the event that your product is lost in transit, we will not be held liable.
- We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
- No postage and/or delivery charges will be refunded.
2.0 Return of Gift with Purchase or Promotional Items
2.1 Should you qualify for a Gift with Purchase upon meeting minimum spend requirements. Then however, choose to return your purchased goods for a full refund the Gift with Purchase must be returned also. This must be returned in its original saleable condition, with all tickets attached. If upon receiving your returned package the Free Gift is not enclosed, the retail value of the Gift with Purchase will be deducted from the refundable amount. An Active Man team member will contact you immediately and will await 10 business days before processing your payment. The cost of returning the Free Gift will be incurred by the purchaser.
2.2 If you wish to keep your Free Gift with purchase however choose to exchange your purchased items at a later date, an online credit will be issued so you continue to receive the Free Gift at no cost. There is no warranty or exchange on Gift with Purchase items and/or Promotional Products.
3.0 Mailorder Return
3.1 You are welcome to exchange items purchased over the phone or via email with us within 14 days of purchase, provided you have your receipt, the original swing tags are intact and items are in unworn condition.
3.2 Refunds are not issued for change of mind purchases, if the item is no longer suitable (wrong size/style) or there is a delay in delivery. We will gladly exchange the item for you when returned or offer a credit note valid for 6 months from the date of exchange.
- We will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
- Customers will be responsible for correctly completing the returns form.
- For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review we will then credit the cost of postage back to you.
- You need to send the original or a copy of receipt with you order.
- We are not liable should you parcel get lost in transit.
- We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day your return your package for your account to be credited.
15. Return of Gift with Purchase or Promotional Items
15.1. If your order is returned for refund and you have received a promotional item of gift with purchase, the item must also be returned in original condition; otherwise the retail price will be deducted from the refunded amount.
15.2. If you wish to return purchased items but keep the promotional item we are happy to offer you an online credit note.
15.3. There is no warranty or exchange on Gift with Purchase items and/or Promotional Products.
16. Order Cancellations
16.1. Orders may be cancelled only in the instance where the order has not yet reached the packing stage.
17. Typographical Errors
17.1. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to withdraw an item from sale, and to refuse or cancel orders.
17.2. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received. This means that the credit card used to purchase the goods would be the destination of any credit that may be applicable.
18. Faulty Goods
18.1. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
18.2. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Simply download a return slip via our returns and exchanges page and send the faulty goods back to us within 30 days of receiving your order. If your item is faulty within 3 months of receiving it then we are able to offer you a full refund or replace the item where stock is available. After 3 months we are only able to offer a credit note on any faulty items.
